Excellent.

It is good to get a car back where the servicing that can be noticed directly is actually noticeable. It is good to get a fair price for the work done. It's good to get the work done promptly and efficiently. When it is done by people who seem trustworthy and approachable, it's great. That's the feeling I had and will definitely use them again.

We are an Angie's List family. We will not do business with anyone who isn't on Angie's List. I was in desperate need of a mechanic, so I opened up the list, did my search for auto repairs and up popped Marty's Auto Works. I read all the reviews, It was hard to believe any business could be as perfect as the reviews said they were. But I had to give them a try. I sent an e-mail and make an appointment. We received a call first thing in the morning. My experience, from that first contact to picking up the repaired car. Yes, they are that perfect! I took my car to the Oviedo shop. My husband is blind, and can't drive, so once I delivered my car, I explained what was wrong, we talked about cost, and they brought us home. There were things that happened, that I had never seen before. Once they went over my car, they called and told me what had to be replaced and then said that one of the parts they thought they would need to change out, was still in good condition, so the cost of the part was removed from the bill. Have you ever heard someone ever doing that? My experience in the past from other garages, I would receive a call telling me the price, it would always be much higher then I was first told, because they had to replace a number of things they didn't see until they got into it. So they would have me, how would I know any different. However, with Marty's group they fixed the air conditional, did a front end alignment, and without any extra charge they changed my oil, and put in a new oil filter. They call when it was done. I didn't have a ride back to the garage, so they came over again to pick me up. When we got back to the garage, there sits my car all shinny, and looking good, they washed it. I knew I had a problem with the front end alignment, I just didn't know how bad, until it was fixed. I suddenly realized I had been fighting to keep the car on the road. Now If I wanted to drive hands free I could. (Don't worry I won't) The price was very fair. Would I recommend the Repair shop to anyone? You bet I would. Will I use them again? Without question. All the guy's in the shop were great, will wonderful personalities. Thanks Guys!

They work has turned out phenomenal. We have been using their services for about ten years. They are unbelievable with their customer service and are very competent and personable. Alex at the Oviedo office is phenomenal. They really care about their customers. They definitely know how to prioritize and meet the needs of the individual customer as far as getting things done timely.
