My car runs better than it ever has. Amazed at the quietness, acceleration, smoothness of the engine since the work was performed. Seems like a new car. Excellent automotive shop to have your car repairs done. I am so glad that I took my 2009 CTS to Marty's Auto Works - Oviedo. Repair cost was very reasonable compared to a Cadillac dealers cost. It didn’t go. I was told to complete a dignostic (a total of $100) before completing any service. I told them I knew what I needed. I went a head with it because they did not communicate it was optional, I also assumed they would drop the price or the cost altogether if I got the service completed (like other mechanics have done in the past). That was not the case. They included other maintenance items not needed/requested, bring up the cost to $900.00!! They did not make any suggestions as to what I can work on first and take care of the rest at a later date. I ultimately went to another mechanic which completed the work needed at a much lower cost for parts and labor, (I spent less than $200.00 for the engine valve gasket replacement).

Perfect. The guys at Marty's in Oviedo went over my Jeep, provided me with different options and estimates. They took the time to explain everything, even if it may have seemed like a 'no brainer' question and answer - all without making me feel like a complete idiot. The costs were reasonable, and I never once felt like you do at a dealership where everything that they recommend is suspect. I have not felt comfortable in a garage for a long, long time, but this place is different - it reminded me of my grandfather and dad's body shop - awesome feeling. I have recommended them to any and everyone that asks. I would bring a vehicle that was under warranty here if I was allowed to and will bring my new jeep here when things that are not warranty related are needed. Thanks so much to Alex, Nick and the rest of the people that I came in contact with and have spoken to over the last 3 months!

As usual they do a good job. I had the mobil 1 synthetic oil.They're very, very good. They take the car, see to it and come and pick me up and take me back. I drive it there and they take me home then fetch me to get it back again. They give excellent service and I trust the. They never steered me wrong. I can ask them question and they will answer it truthfully. They're the best service place in town. They never overcharge me.If they do have to do anything or if I'm waiting on them to check something I notice myself, they could check it and they always give me a truthful answer.They're responsiveness is excellent, Ii never wait long. Monday is a busy day, which i try to avoid.It's usually better to go in the middle of the week.

My 2005 Nissan Xterra only had 127,000 miles on it when the check engine light came on and it seemed to stall out. Having the car paid off and closing on a house in two weeks, I refused to think this car is done and I have to purchase a new one. I took it to a popular auto shop first which they had quoted me $3,000 to rebuild a new transmission. So being in the tough situation I was, the car sat in my driveway (new driveway) until I went onto Angie's List and found Marty's. I called and spoke to Alex over the phone and explained to him that I need an honest and realistic second opinion. Whatever is wrong with my car worth fixing and giving my nearly empty bank account a break or should I bite the bullet and get a new car with a car payment (and a mortgage). The entire crew was amazing! Understanding, helpful, and they related to me. I left the Nissan with them for a week or so and thye found that a simple transmission tune up for $250 would do the trick. (Changing the fluids, etc) They wanted to help me. I could see that easily. They didn't try to sell me unnecessary services, they gave me honest answers. My husband's Acura TSX is about to hit 190,000 miles and you can bet that if something goes in that car, we'll be bringing it to the guys at Marty's. My life literally has seen a drastic change in over a month from a new home and broken down car burden to getting back on our feet.

I recently had some extensive repair work completed on my 2004 Cadillac SRX by Marty's Auto Work. This was the first experience with Marty's Auto Works since recently changing auto repair shops due to escalating repair costs. I was a bit apprehensive in this leap of faith, but first impression when I dropped the car off gave me confidence in selecting Marty's. I was greeted by a friendly staff that didn't treat me like I was a nuisance. After the drop-off, I was regularly advised by the technician of his diagnosis and recommended maintenance items. His findings were beyond the troubles that I brought the car in and that provided me a hit list of things that needed attention by priority. All the issues that I agreed to were addressed and fixed. They assured that the car interior was cleaned from the inevitable dirt that would be caused by a technician entering and exiting the vehicle. Overall, I was pleased with the friendly, knowledgeable and professional technicians and staff.
