Mandalay Lawn Maintenance

The guys are very fast, the quality of their work was OK although few sprinklers were damaged. The two main problems were (1) communication: they sent several invoices for a larger amount than we actually owned and never replied to my requests to acknowledge and correct their mistakes; (2) occasional no-shows: they failed to timely inform us about the fact that they are not going to do service and why.

I dismissed after giving them a fair amount of time.

We are so happy with this lawn service company- they do a beautiful job and they are prompt courteous and efficient. When we met with Shawn he took care of all of our concerns

They were responsive and we set up a schedule quickly.  They have been coming each week for the last 4 months.  They will do some limited hedge trimming if you request it.  Basically they do the mowing, edging, and air blowing like clockwork each week.  I've been very satisfied with their reliability and professionalism.  Sometimes they are a little slow to answer emails and they seem to prefer to talk in person, but of course you have to be at home when they come by.  Still, I've had no real problem communicating.

They are fast and do a great job.

We have used them for 5 to 6 years now.  They are excellent and they do a very good job.

We have a 2.25 acre property, almost half being lawn.  It was taking my wife and I at least 2-3 hours/week to keep up with it.
We shopped Angies List, since I have found 10 contractors over the last 2 years that have ALL performed better than expected.   Sean's "Mandalay Lawn and  Landscape company" is no exception.  He consistently exceeds our expectations.  Right now, Sean Murray himself is in our back yard repairing the sprinkler system, saving me at least $100.

We were satisfied with their job.  They did a lot of work and they did a good job.

Shawn and Carlos provide excellent lawn care service. They do our regular mowing service. They also provide our trimming service (shrubs, trees, etc.) as needed. In addition, on several occasions we have wanted to update our landscaping and Shawn always has great suggestions. Shawn and Carlos perform the mowing service on the same day and at about the same time each week. They are extremely dependable and do a great job.

They've done pretty well. I don't have anything particular to tell about them.

For quite some time I have searched for a reputable lawn maintenance company. Once I found Sam Hobb's name from a neighbor, my search was over. He is very professional and his work is exceptional. He continues to go above and beyond the norm. I never have to worry whether or not my yard will look presentable.
