Lifetime Shutters was excellent! I would quickly recommend them to anyone needing window covering. Michelle (the owner) is and was Hands On with everything; initial measuring, installs, etc....unlike some other companies who sub most everything out. She was very accessible whenever I needed to call her with a question or anything! There was a small glitch which required Lifetime Shutters to make a second visit to our home to complete the install (no fault of Lifetime Shutters), but Michelle and her crew were quick to resolve it and finish the work! The quality of the shutters AND workmanship/install on the part of Lifetime Shutters is A+......you will NOT be disappointed! You will however be disappointed if you choose to go with a different company and then are able to see (in person) someones home who DID hire Lifetime Shutters to install new window coverings....and you see what you missed out on! And no....I was not compensated in any way for submitting this review. The only thing I get out of this is hopefully helping someone who reads this to call Lifetime Shutters and give Michelle a chance to explain why she is the one you need and want to hire. Oh...and one last really nice benefit we are experiencing with our new Shutters; they are of such high quality that we are already enjoying a noticeable difference in how well these shutters are helping in keeping the heat out and the cool in! The DO add an extra measure of insulation. They are well worth the money....and of course they look very nice too! (Look for my other review on other platforms where I am able to post pics!)

Just a dream to deal with and am so happy with my plantation shutters!

This rep spent time discussing what my options were, asked about color schemes, and provided several options. I took bids from 3 companies and Lifetime Shutters was by far the best for comparable products. In fact, I added a few items and they were still more reasonable than the other 2 companies. I would hire them again without hesitation. Michelle is super to work with!

Iâ m still waiting for the installation. So far so good.

Great quality product and amazing customer service!!! Michelle provides excellent customer service. We installed our shutters over a year ago. One of the louvers broke & she responded immediately and had this taken care of & fixed no questions asked hence LIFETIME Shutters. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for shutters/blinds in their homes. Her installer is professional and very courteous. Definitely the best company we chose for our home.

We love the quality of the shutters we purchased and the fact they are made in Florida. Michelle was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. The installation was handled perfectly and smoothly. Jean was the installer and did an excellent job. Very impressed with the whole experience.
