Process was lots more complicated than I first thought.  The service paid-for included several visits to the property.  First to kill/remove old lawn and prepare the plot and latter visits to apply and care for the new lawn.  This included follow up visits and calls to check up on lawn and help with care and advice.  
Elias' service was top notch from start to finish and I've become a repeat customer with other issues outside the house since.  Highly recommend his service because of his performance, professionalism and honesty.
