Kris, the Owner, is the service man. He does this on evenings and weekends and has worked on my 6 computers before on a number of occasions. He picked up my laptop and determined if its repair was reasonable. His evaluation led me to scrap this laptop and buy a new one. Excellent work and responsive service.

Kris works only evenings and weekends on computers so you might expect amateur repairs but not here! He had a good understanding of what I was trying to accomplish and diligently worked around a number of issues to create solutions for us. He charges by the HOUR - NOT by the PROBLEM like many others do. HE does not exude an "out of the mainstream" look or manner (that I have seen with other computer repair) people, so he is safe to have around my family and my data. I can see that for non-emergency computer problems at home, he is the man to call.

Kris was very quick and thorough in his diagnosis and repair. Price was very fair. Best Buy’s Geek Squad wanted $150 just to come out and look at the problem whereas KompuMed fixed it, and did other diagnostic work, for half the price.
