Integrity Laminate Flooring

We used Integrity Flooring's Ocoee location to replace all the carpet in our new home with luxury vinyl plank flooring. Their selection was terrific and the people in the showroom were very knowledgeable with helping us choose the right product. The work team was incredibly efficient, professional and we are very happy with the finished product. We would not hesitate to use them for future flooring needs.

This was an awesome experience, even with the dust and total pack out of my house.  They were upfront on what I was to expect and gave me pointers to make it easier.  When my original choice of flooring was unavailable due to a mix-up at the warehouse (not at all Integrity's fault), they called and invited me to the showroom to pick any replacement flooring so the job could be completed on time.  There was no extra charge to me.  In the end I loved the forced 2nd choice better.

John and Randy came over to give us a free estimate. They had tons of samples and were very helpful. They had told me things about the flooring that I was not sure about, so I did my research like I always do when making a large purchase. Everything they had told me was 100% accurate. I had set an appointment but then decided that I would be ready for them sooner, they accommodated my earlier date. They came in took out my flooring and installed the new flooring in one day. When it came time to pay the bill, it was exactly what they quoted me. There were no up charges or hidden costs. The price was about half of one of the big stored, with a superior product. I did not think I would be able to get a floor like I have for the price they did it for. I have recommended them to several co-workers and friends. If I ever needed flooring again, I know I only need to make 1 phone call.

Working with Integrity was like the fantasy you have in your head about how working with a contractor should be.
Randy brought samples to my home, took a measurement, gave me a great price calculated in a way that made perfect sense (no weird fees or charges I didn't understand). He pointed out part of the job (where I wanted some tile removed) that I could do myself for less and even told me how to do it.
My entire home was floored in one day. One day. All materials were included - laminate, underlayment, quarter round, and transitions. There were no surprises and my floor is gorgeous.
I would not hesitate to use Integrity again but I am out of floors to cover and I think these ones are going to last awhile.
