Immaculate Images Inc.

Overall, my experience with Immaculate Images Inc. has been terrible and I regret contracting them to handle my work, which has yet to be completed, 3 years later… On May 31st 2020, I signed a contract with Immaculate Images Inc. to clean and seal pavers, install a new drain, and fix broken pavers. The sealing and sealing of the pavers was done quickly thereafter by Chris Bell - the company owner. However, the rest of the work has not been completed, more than 3 years later. Specifically, in order to install the new drain, he had to cut back part of a brick flower enclosure. Chris Bell never actually complete that work and left it half-finished. After more than 2 years and tens of missed calls, he eventually sent one of his employees and he did a terrible job on the brick enclosure, did not fix the broken paver and left an open cement bag behind that I needed to dispose of. Again, I had to contact Chris Bell asking for the contracted work to be completed texted him pictures of the work needed. He responded by saying that he didn’t realize the problem and he would personally stop by to complete the work. After that, he stopped responding to my calls and texts and I am having to hire another company to complete the work he started 3 years ago.

UPDATE 9/3/18: This is an update to an earlier review from June 2018 to lower my rating to C because of my long-term experience. The initial service is great and price is fair, but follow up to address any issues is non-existent, which renders any promised warranty period pointless. Communication is not good as there are long delays between responses, endless promises, and you will have to stay on top of things. If you expect a contractor to respect your time, you will be disappointed here. It's a shame because Chris is a polite and likeable guy, so you want to give him the benefit of the doubt but he keeps letting you down. He just doesn't seem to value his customers' business after the main job is done. Keep that in mind when you consider this contractor. I've been trying to resolve a drainage issue with the retaining wall he installed and after 2 months of promises that he'd address it, I gave up and will hire someone else. My experience is based on: Installation of 80 ft retaining wall to fix an erosion issue, 50 ft paver walkway, 18 ft x 14 ft paver patio, and gazebo install between 2017-2018. I also sent him business by referral to my neighbor who hired him for a hardscape job.
