It was awful. The guy who came out wanted me to do all the permitting work. Usually they are supposed to do that and that is why i am paying. He did show up on time but he was rude and unprofessional when i called him regarding the permits. I decided not to go with them.

They were timely, thorough, and they reviewed all of the information for what they were doing for us. Basically they installed front doors and they discussed the service before they did it.

Ordered the door at Home depot and i hope you have patience.
Within 2 weeks are door was installed very promptly and professionally. The installation was a very quick and we are very happy.

I was disappointed in them. The next day it went on sale for $614. The lady I dealt with at the service counter was not professional. She was rude and she insisted that I use a specific type of water hose to connect the washing machine. I already had it and she kept saying that she had to charge me for it. We went back and forth. I started checking around with other outfits and found that another big box store had it and they would also give me a 10 percent discount for being ex-military. I went back to Home Depot and got a full refund. I was disappointed with the way they treated me. It was the same machine that I bought from the other store. The man who actually sold me the machine was very nice and he was okay. It was the girl at the service counter that was not. I would possibly use them again.

We had a 5,000 estimate for only the windows from Sears. Home Depot installed the windows and the sliding glass door. The door is the larger kind too. The work was performed in a timely manner, and no problems were experienced.

Great store, patient and responsive to the customer's questions, someone always seems to be available to ask questions about products, services and DIY projects.

Home Depot are very helpful. They never have enough personnel but they are very helpful when I find one. I enjoy shopping at Home Depot. I like the prices and I like the selection of goods.

The gentlemen that came was professional and on time. The door took about 4.5 hours. He did a great job.

Good quality, hassle l free installation, but be aware of the price promise from the sales

rystal, Home Depot Sales, assisted with the selection and assigned a subcontractor to do the measurements and installation. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Dan Decker did the measurements and provided the installation person, Dan Snyder. Dan was meticulous and precise with the installation. The results was a perfect fit. A beautiful job.

A representative visited the home with samples and, since he was a contractor himself, offered ideas on how to go about the remodeling. The selections for cabinets, hardward, and countertop were top of the line. I could actually see the samples in my home in order to visualize the final product. This is a huge advantage from picking something out in the store.

An order was placed and we took the one year same as cash financing option.

When the materials were in, I received a phone call setting the appointment. The crew came and did the demolition taking great care to not cause any damage to the rest of the house. The cabinets were started. The next day the counter top was installed by a different crew. Then the original crew came back to complete the project. The final result was beautiful.

The craftsmanship and professionalism of the installers was excellent. I would definitely use Home Depot for such services in the future. I have a five year warranty on the project - parts and labor and I know Home Depot will respond if I ever have a problem.

The gentleman performing the installation was punctual and professional. The installation went quickly and he had all the paperwork for the building permit and post-installation inspection. The new door was only $187.00, but the cost was significant after paying for the building permit and installation. Needed this done asap so didn't shop around and just went with Home Depot where I bought the door.

They came out to my house to do the installation. It was the average price.

We went to their kitchen design center and used Paul Rainford to help us plan the kitchen remodel project. We designed it on the computer and made suggestions. It took one day. They did everything. We picked out the cabinets and they did everything else. Had we gone with Lowe's we would have had to pull the permits and select the subcontractors. Home Depot did all of that for us for the same price. We had a point of contact if we had any problems. We initially did with the cabinets and sent the owner out and he took care of the problem with the employee. The cabinet company is now replacing 4 of the cabinets fronts for us. We had gone to Home Depot from a suggestion of a friend who had used them and was pleased. We also went to Lowe's to get a comparison. The prices were pretty close but we liked the fact we did not have to find numerous subcontractors to do the work if we went with Home Depot.

They took the old door and installed the new door. Everything was excellent. They were very professional. They didn't leave a mess. They seemed to know exactly what they were doing. I certainly recommend them as a possibility for one of those services. They charged a very fair price. Their prices were competitive.

The girl who sold the doors to us was extremely helpful. We had a difficult door to find and she was very helpful finding the right door and making sure everything was OK. The person who measured the doors was good. Also, the installer was fantastic and he took his time. They also called back later to make sure everything was OK.

Home Depot's contract plumber (Delta Mechanical) did an excellent job.

THEY SEEM TO BE VERY RESPONSIVE. THEY COME OUT AND DO PROFESSIONAL WORK AT A REASONABLE PRICE. IT WAS A FINE PRODUCT THAT THEY PUT OUT. THEY CAME OUT ABOUT TEN DAYS AFTER I SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH THEM AND BOUGHT THE APPLIANCE.

THEY WERE ON TIME. THEY WERE NEAT. THE INSTALLERS WERE COURTEOUS, AND THEY REPLACED A DOOR THAT HAD A SCRATCH ON IT WITH ME NOT SAYING ANYTHING. I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE HOME DEPOT FOR HOME IMPROVEMENTS.

I WOULD SAY IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. THE GUY WHO ACTUALLY DID THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT. HE WAS REALLY GOOD THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT THE DOOR DIDN'T COME IN ON TIME, BUT IT WASN'T HIS FAULT AT ALL.

IT WENT VERY WELL. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. WHEN I THINK BACK, THEY DOUBLE CHECKED EVERYTHING. THEY SEEMED TO UNDERSTAND WHAT WE WANTED DESIGN WISE, AND THEY WENT TO GREAT LENGTHS TO SATISFY THAT. WE ARE VERY SATISFIED.

Installation went smooth but with the first hurricane we had, the entire fence came down. All of our neighbors' fences stayed up except for ours. We tried to contact them and they said they would get to us later because they had so many calls in regarding the hurricane. We never heard back from them. It turns out they had installed the fence with smooth nails rather than the nails they were supposed to use. I will never use them again for installation.

My master bedroom was flooded during the Hurricane. I told the salesman that I wanted hardwood flooring. But I wanted flooring that would not scratch and easy maintenance. The salesman said 'you don't want any type of wood flooring.' He was honest. The wood would have been more money for Home Depot. The salesman said you probably should consider ceramic tile. I did. I am very very happy with my floor.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS NOT A GOOD ONE FIRST OF ALL WE DID NOT RECEIVE OUR WINDOW UNTIL 3 MONTHS AFTER ORDER DATE THE MIXED UP THE ORDER 4 TIMES AND NEVER CONTACTED US

HOME DEPOT SEEMS TO HAVE IT ALL. WHATEVER I MAY NEED FOR THE HOUSE INCLUDING HOW TO DO CLASSES THEN I ALWAYS THINK OF THEM. THEY TAUGHT ME HOW TO LAY TILE AND ALWAYS SEEM TO HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT YOU NEED.
