.Greenscape property solutions began servicing my propertybeginning April 14, 2014. The contract stated, "Service will start on Tuesday April 14th and continue every Tuesday thereafter. The monthly rate of $165 includes mowing, edging, weed trimming, trimming hedges, and blowing on a weekly basis. Trimming the taller shrubs will be an additional $15." Mark Bolton and Jayci Bolton were very courteous initially until mid July. They mowed the lawn more or less regularly, but were negligent in performing associated services. I had to remind them do the edging. They were lackadaisical in trimming the hedges, weeding was also not done To make matter worse, they trimmed only half of the long edge in front of the property and did not finish the job for two weeks. My tall shrubs were only trimmed once in 4 months, although I offered to pay extra to do the job. It appeared that their crew were not properly trained as they broke two sprinkler heads and destroyed my bromeliads (thought those as weeds). As I was going to have guests, I requested Mr. Bolton to shape the tall shrubs and trim the hedges last weekend, I also offered to pay extra for this (although the contract says it is part of the regular service). Several of my phone messages were not returned, instead on 7/25 I received an email that Greenscape property will discontinue service with immediate effect, and sent me the full bill for July. When I pointed out to Mr. Bolton that he still has another weekly service due, he said he has fulfilled his responsibility as July has 5 weeks. Although I paid full amount for the month, as is evident from the contract, I entered into a monthly service not a weekly one. In summary, the company's service was quite unprofessional.
