They come once a week. You don't have to have an annual contract with them and you don't have to have them come weekly in the winter if you don't want them to. They will vary that, a lot of others want you to sign up for a year but it's no contract, they are from week to week. They cost fourteen twenty five dollars a week. They try to do as many houses as they can, that's how they keep down expenses. On my side of the street they do at least five houses in a row. We do not have a large lot, I am sure a larger lot is more expensive but that is a ballpark figure. Even if they are in the next neighbourhood over, they will do it. I referred them to the owners of the properties beside me and the joined up because it was at least five dollars cheaper. As long as it doesn't rain on a Sunday they are here. I have some large mulched areas and once a year they come to mulch and spray weed. They come out and work hard and do what they are supposed to do.
