Firehouse Pressure Washing

I have used Firehouse Pressure Washing three times over the past three years and each time they have done a great job. Two times have been to clean my roof and once was to clean my driveway. Each time I have been very pleased with the price and results. I highly recommend them.

I arranged for Firehouse Pressure Washing to clean my neighbors driveway, sidewalk and walkway without using any chemicals. Dave, the owner and Jimmy spent less than 15 minutes on the job. After I completed an owner-requested review of the shoddy workmanship, I received several rude emails from the owner questioning why I would write a review rather than first contacting the company? Dave even questioned my professionalism. The second attempt at cleaning the surface was successful. When I called today to have my driveway cleaned, I asked Dave again about the 10% senior citizen's discount that is advertised at his website. During the initial conversation, I was told the discount only applied to jobs over $100. Today, I was told that the $85 pressure washing charge had the 10% discount included in the price. When I called his attention to the math, he became irate and said there would be no appointments in my area until November. By the way, the company and I are located in the same city. When I questioned him about how I was able to receive an appointment within a few days the first and second attempt at the neighbor's job, he again became ill-mannered and refused to make me an appointment. I would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy. Thumbs down!
