Extra Mile did an outstanding job. Easily scheduled a timely appointment for the inspection. The inspector was thorough and very professional taking the extra time to answer my questions while on-site. He provided a detailed written report containing multiple photographs by email in one business day.

It went extremely well, Rocky assured me that the roofers did a decent job, he noted some items for their punch list to finish the job and provided me with Wind Mitigation Certificate that will bring down the cost of my home insurance.

Rocky was a few minutes early for our appointment, which I appreciated! He was professional and friendly. Rocky was knowledgeable in his craft and was well informed as to what discounts I would receive on my homeowners insurance based on his inspection. The survey cost $125 and I received a REFUND of $600 from my insurance company based on his survey! Rocky said the report was good for 5 years and I'm thrilled to know that my home is safe!
