ELITE STEAM INC

I have used Elite Steam at least a dozen times over the last 5 years. It looks like a complete change. I have 6 people living in the house and it gets pretty dirty. I like to try and keep up on these things. Josh is the owner and there is also Eddie and Juan. They are all equally capable, very professional, and responsive. I needed the cleaning done quickly, because I had people coming into town and I called on a Tuesday asking if the could come Wednesday or Thursday. The lady answering the phone said whatever is good for you. I scheduled for Thursday. They give you like an hour window and if they are going to be late they call. If it is a problem they are very responsive. The completed product is exactly what you would expect and want. I think they give me a little bit of a discount, because I am such a loyal customer. They do commercial work too, but I think their residential business has picked up since they have been on Angie's List. I will happily use them again.

They do an excellent job for a very good price. They are very punctual. I have been using them for three years and would recommend them to everyone.
