I noticed water under my dishwasher when I was replacing the toe kick in my kitchen. Rob came in and took a look and immediately knew it was a supply line issue. I had my dishwasher pulled in and out several times recently because of a different water leak in my kitchen and another plumber had reconnected it. The work was not done correctly the first time and this was causing the problem. He fixed the issue quickly. He also noticed a foul odor from under my sink. I had noticed this before and couldn't figure out what it was as I had just cleaned  it out. He replaced the plumbing vent and now the smell is gone! It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this company in the future! Thank you!

I had a severe leak in my bathroom that forced me to turn off the water to my house! Water was just coming out everywhere and wouldn't stop. I had a plumber come out to fix the problem and he suggested I call a Leak professional to find the leak and then he could fix it so he wouldn't have to jackhammer up my bathroom trying to find it! He neglected to tell me this before he came out so I was another day without water. I have a family of six and this was tough! Needless to say, I built my house as the contractor and I could tell you almost exactly where the leak was and you could hear it spraying underneath my tub. This other plumber also said I may have to have my house re-plumbed! My house is only 5 years old! He continued to say it may be a slab leak and that would be much more difficult and expensive to fix. I knew this was not the case. I scheduled the Leak people to come out at a cost of $395 the next day! I ended up cancelling that appointment. Rob (East Seminole Services) came out and immediately knew where to look. He also realized it was warm water and I only needed to shut off the hot water to the house and it worked!! The leak stopped. So, he had to break out one piece of tile in the process which was right where the leak was. Come to find out that the hot water connection had just come apart and it was never  glued together originally! So, One piece of tile and a little bit of glue and we had water again, HOT and COLD!! We had been without water for 4 days! He fixed the problem in a matter of minutes without tearing up my bathroom!! And without a lot of cost! Thank you Rob! I would highly recommend him anytime!
