Damage Control

I was very disappointed with the services I received from Damage Pro. We had a minor flooding issue at a customer home, and after discussing the situation with the technician, we agreed that only the bathroom needed restoration. However, the technician began placing dehumidifiers and fans in other areas of the home, which was outside the agreed scope of work. They then invoiced us for these extra charges. As someone who works with many contractors, I have never encountered a company that adds additional projects without clear communication beforehand. I felt uneasy about the entire experience, especially since they even put a lien on the customer's house, which added unnecessary stress. If you choose to use Damage Pro, be sure to clarify all costs and get everything in writing upfront to avoid hidden fees. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. Make sure you get the final price in writing prior to hiring these people. I cannot stress enough.

This company is AMAZING. They came out quickly, made me feel safe, explained the process, and took care of me and my family in a really bad time. If you have a broken pipe or water damages, CALL THEM FIRST. They are the BEST!!

Excellent service - prompt and efficient!

The property was left unclean. The carpet was left and should have been taken out. I have requested that they take care of this.

They fixed the mold issue and were willing to negotiate on pricing. also had good insight for eliminating mold problems in the future. needs improvement on communicating during job to keep customer up to date as promised

I am very happy with the services they provided. They saved everything, but a 5 inch corner of the wall. I had no problem with mold showing up. He was a very caring man.
