CertaPro is the only company in the home improvement industry that surveys their customers. We take those surveys seriously and are committed to making your experience the best possible. Licensed and Insured. All work comes with a 2-year limited warranty. Angie's List members get $200 off any interior or exterior paint project over $2000. We also provide an option to use EZPay 12-months same as cash financing, so you can Paint Now and Pay Later.

Numerous issues during the interior painting and garage floor coating. Drips on walls, awful job of cutting in the paint between the walls and ceiling, incapable of applying a garage floor coating, damage to walls/ceiling, and an inept staff from their laborers to their office/owner. Should have went with my gut feeling to hire a local painter instead of this chain. Don't make the same mistake I did!

Our Sales Associate, Simon, was professional, informative and very friendly. He was able to visualize exactly what we wanted. He had great suggestions and made us feel at ease with our decisions. We learned in the past that you definitely get what you pay for when it comes to painting vendors. Some may be less expensive but the quality, professionalism and follow-through just aren’t there. However, with CertaPro we found the price to be reasonable without sacrificing quality. On Day 1 of the paint job the painters arrived early and wasted no time setting up and getting right to work. I was impressed at how diligently and efficiently they worked. The crew leader, Rene, was extremely professional and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Simon even came out to make sure everything was running smoothly, according to plan and to make sure we didn’t have any issues. The paint job was terrific; they really seemed to go above and beyond. I can’t say enough about CertaPro! We have been very happy with the work and are planning on painting the exterior of the entire community and I will definitely be contacting Simon from CertaPro when the time comes!

It went very well and were finished in 2 days. They removed my blinds, curtains moved furniture and placed everything back once they finished the job.

They were very thorough in going through the process and answered all our questions. They also addressed any concerns we had with the work. They weren't the cheapest quote we got but the thoroughness and professionalism of the quote process plus the 2 year warranty won our businesses. We would definitely use them again.

The job itself was challenging for the painters due to frequenyt inclement weather, but Mike and Jose persevered and got the job done. Not only was the quality of their work excellent, but their customer service and professionalism was exceptional as well. They kept us informed throughout the process and were responsive to any questions/concerns, Their attention to detail showed through in the quality of the work. The entire experience from the initial estimate with Steve to the communication and scheduling with Christy in the office was top notch.

Mr. Lofvers and his crew did an exceptional job! They were able to accommodate my required time frame and complete the job within 5 business days. The day before the job, I called Mr. Lofvers and informed him of a noon showing. He and his team arranged their schedule around that showing by making sure the deck was power washed prior to the showing and once complete, they came back to finish the job. Both my wife and I were amazed by the job that was done. The deck looks amazing, there was no paint or debris in my pool nor anywhere else it shouldn't be. When our agent came over to look at the deck, she commented on how amazing it looked and decided to bring the photographer back to get us updated images for the real estate websites. I'd like to thank Mr. Lofvers and his team for making this process so smooth and at a rate 20% less than the next closest competitor. As my family plans our move across state, we have a lot of stress and a lot of to-do's. Mr. Lofvers and his team took one extra stressor off of my plate and made the process of getting our patio painted so easy.

They did fine.  They were out last Spring.  The only challenge we had was the paint bubbling in the sun.  It's  not there problem though.

We needed the outside of our house painted badly and had lots of cracks in the stucco that needed attention.  CertaPro was great, the owner Jon came out and gave us a quote to do the work.  He was very professional and explained everything they would do and answered all of our questions.  CertaPro overall made us feel the most comfortable out of all the painters we got quotes from. All of our expectations were met, the house looks awesome and we would happily recommend them to anyone!
