We hired Carpets and More to tear out the worn out carpet and tile throughout our house, and replace with luxury vinyl plank flooring. The job took 6 days. The crew did an excellent job and paid attention to all the details. The crew's supervisor and the store manager checked in on us regularly to make sure we were satisfied with the progress. The only problem all week was the language barrier which made communicating with the crew difficult.

We decided to install vinyl throughout the entire house. This is a rental property and we have had bad luck with the tenants who have not looked after the property. Carpet that was only three years old had to be removed because it was so dirty it could not be cleaned. We decided to spend more money to put down some tough vinyl that has a great look to it. The company in Concord NC installed the vinyl throughout the house ( 1700 sq feet) and carpeted the stairs. Brad the store manager was very helpful and did not try to up sell us. There was a one day delay in installation which was not a problem. The installer did a very good job and was very consciousness. He waited for me for an hour when the job was done to point out a toilet leak. All in all we were very satisfied

We were shopping around for new carpet and decided to look into Carpets & More.  One of the owners came out the very next day and gave us an estimate.  Our carpet was installed very quickly (within a week) and everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional.  And they did actually beat the estimate we had from Home Depot (by several hundred dollars) and did not charge us for all the extras Home Depot would have.  They even called us after the install to make sure we were happy-we were!  We would highly recommend them.
