Description of Work: Carpet and More installed laminate flooring in our living room, dining room, family room, and hallway leading to the back three bedrooms.

Description of Work: I used Carpets & More of Oviedo to clean up some water damage and soak up some water.

Description of Work: Carpet was installed first. I am totally satisfied with the quality, work and professionalism of the carpet team. Laminate wood flooring was installed throughout living room, dining room, hallway, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and all closets in same. This installation was given an F rating for the following reasons. 1. Installers not always on time. One didn't even show up the last day. The sliding closet doors were never properly reinstalled. 2. The main installer, Ivan, had access through the garage to the driveway so saw the laminate. After the job was done, my dryer broke and I went to get my shop vac to vacuum the ducts. The shop vac, which worked fine previously, no longer worked. On further inspection, I noticed the extension cord had been replaced with an orange, broken one. Mine were all yellow cords! When I looked for another yellow cord, I couldn't find ANY! They had all "disappeared"! 3. I bought supplied pizza and beverages for both workers. I even gave Ivan a $50.00 tip, as he told me the tip was NOT included in the total price paid (as the salesman had told me). 4. On 12/16/11, I called the salesman, Frank to report a section of the hall laminate was buckling. His assistant, Scott, told me coverage of the repair had to be within 2 years, and would be up in February 2012. He said he would have Frank call me back. Frank returned my call; which he did on 12/19/11. He said he was going away for the holidays and promised to call back on 12/27/11. I AM STILL WAITING!
