Bob Maret Piano Tuning

I would have given him all A's, except that even though he got back to me immediately, he was so busy that it took him several weeks to get here. When he got here, it was worth the wait. He does an excellent job. Will definitely use his services again. Can't say be enough good things about how work.

Bob was great! He followed up with a reminder about the appointment and was on time. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He was able to tune our stand up Winter piano in an hour. We look forward to having him back to do a tune up next year!

Bob was able to work me into his schedule on a Friday evening, which was appreciated because I didn't have to take time off from work.  I've had my piano for 25 years and he is the FIRST tuner to vacuum and clean the insides.  His insight into my brand of piano was informative and gave me a new appreciation of its quality.  I will be happy to employ Bob again.

I have a standard piano. It went very well. It had some stuck keys that wouldn't function at all and he was able to fix that and tune it as well. He explained everything to me and explained how it needed to be maintained.

He was very punctual and complete with his work.

I called Bob and left a message. Within a few hours he returned my call and we set up an appointment. He told me he would call the day before to confirm which he did. He called the day of the appointment and said he was running early and asked what I prefer, for him to come early or he could run an errand and be there on time. He came early and was dressed professionally. He was friendly yet professional. He went right to work with his equipment arranged and explained what he would do. I have 2 poodles which he was comfortable with and a few minutes later they were on the couch with me listening to him tune the piano. He was there about an hour and twenty minutes which was close to what he had told me the time period would be. He determined that the dehumidifier that was plugged in was no longer working and he asked if I would like him to remove it which he did. He was thorough and I enjoyed the variety of tunes he played to check the status of the piano after tuning. I will certainly recommend Bob to anyone needing a piano tuned.

I first contacted him via e-mail and he did call the day before to confirm the appointment. He was prompt and professional. I didn't feel uncomfortable having him in my house. He repaired a string that had broken off as well as a full tuning after we had our piano moved. I am very satisfied with his work and will be using him again.

Bob arrived around the time we agreed. He called me the day before to confirm. He explained the piano tuning process. He immediately got to work and spent 2 quality hours inspecting and tuning my piano. He obviously takes great care and pride in his work. His price for the tuning was more than fair at $140 - the piano has been moved and not tuned for over a year. I will definitely use his services again. He also recommended a refinisher to repair some minor damage that the piano sustained when it was moved here to Florida. I would highly endorse his services.

I had and quot;inheritedand quot; the piano as the latest custodian while my parents are out of the country, and I decided to take better care of it than my brother had.
I found Bob Maret through a Google Internet search which led me to his website, http://www.bobmaret.com . I contacted Bob via e-mail asking for information on piano tuning services. Bob responded to me within a couple of hours, and followed-up promptly with a phone call. He was very pleasant and seemed highly competent. We arranged for him to come to my home within a week to perform a and quot;full spectrumand quot; piano tuning on our family's very old and somewhat damaged piano. Bob had morning, afternoon, and evening appointments available. Since I have kids and both myself and my wife work during the day, I elected for a 3-hour evening appointment beginning at 7:00 P.M. on a weekday.
Bob arrived exactly on time and promptly got to work. He had fully tuned the piano and completed all work possible within two hours. He gave me a very detailed rundown on what work he performed, gave me advice on how to bring this piano into better condition, and most importantly, gave me a discount on the final price due to the fact that the condition of the piano did not warrant the type of service I'd previously agreed to pay for.
Bob Maret is a true professional and I will be using his services every six months to tune this piano. I hope others find him through this review because you will not be disappointed.

Arrived on time, got straight to work, tuned it carefully and gave good information about how to maintain it. Excellent service. He charged more than other tuning services but you get what you pay for.
