Landscape Minor Grading or Resloping Service
Jacob was extremely professional in every way. He did two projects for us.
1. installed French drain to resolve our back yard drainage problem.
2. Installed garden edging, new bushes, and mulch.
Both jobs were done quickly and at a reasonable price. He made several recommendations about the plantings which we took and are very happy with the results.

They communicated well. Showed up on time and were efficient and professional. They were well priced. The only complaint I have is they could have cleaned up a little better, left a lot of little twigs and leaf debris in the yard. Other wise I would have given them a 5 star.

Jacob is very attentive to his customers needs; always seems too go the extra mile with his craft. Extremely professional and very hands on approach and follow through on the job. We would definitely hire this crew again for our sod replacement needs!

the beginning when I was telling Jacob what I wanted, was a gravel pathway to back of house. I had some gravel I had purchased, it was called river rock very small 1 inch rock. And said I wanted something similar. I did not see the gravel that Jacob brought until 90 percent was unloaded and put down. I said it is too big it is not gravel it is rocks. He said it was river rock. I was not good with it but trying to be reasonable thought it might be ok as they spread it. They finished I paid then later tried to walk on and couldn t . It is not gravel it is small 4- 6 inch small rock. I have pictures with the measurements of the rock if needed. If I would have been shown the gravel first before At delivered it I would have not excepted it. He also knew it was for a pathway. It is impossible to walk on without possibly twisting an ankle. The other complaint I have is I let Jacob purchase a Japanese Blueberry tree to plant. It was already planted before I got to be here I asked if he but peat moss or planting soil when he planted it, I never got an answer. He also said he would be back to make a well around it haven t seen him. I am now concerned the tree will not live without being planted correctly. I have contacted Jacob more than once about this issue and does not want to correct it without charging me again. I paid him $3,000 cash. The reason we are having a n issue is Jacob should have showed me the gravel before he brought it here, and my fault for trusting his decision since he is a landscaper, I do not know of any landscaper that would just put a new tree in sand without a nutrient soil planted with it.

"Ms.[Consumer Name Removed], It is very unfortunate this has become a concern of yours. I was very off-put by your review and the messages I began to receive from you as the project had been completed, approved, and paid for. Banks Ridge prides itself on complete customer satisfaction. That is why even after we had walked through the completed project together and you gave me approval and final payment, I was still willing to work with you on a solution a week later when your concern came about. I have tried every possible solution from removing some of the rocks and installing a top layer of smaller pebbles to help alleviate your concern, as well as bringing in a mini skid steer tracked machine to scoop out the existing rock. Unfortunately, these have all been denied and your request to remove all 16,000lbs of rocks by hand has been very adimate. On install day, when you arrived and commented on the size of the rocks, we were just beginning to unload the rocks, only 4-5 wheel-barrows had been taken from the trailer. You did give me the go-ahead to continue with the install and said they would be good. We continued on and completed the job as the contract stated. I never received any other comments about the rock other than they looked great as we did a final walk through and you handed me payment. I was able to get you pictures of the River Jacks we agreed on in the contract from my direct gravel source that I would be picking up from. You were very happy with the 1"-3" River Jacks over the brown river rock when we made the contract. I don't recall stating anything about river rock when you asked about them on install day. As for the tree, we have planted many of them and I deemed your soil to be perfectly nutrient rich for the tree to thrive in as have all the other trees we've planted. I apologize I do not recall you asking about peat moss or soil. I have worked very hard to find a solution. Unfortunately, everything I have come up with to help after the project was completed and approved hasn't been quite up to your standard. I hired Jacob and his crew to come in and completely renovate my front and back yard. They came in and graded out everything and then installed all new sod and hedges/flowering plants. He was very professional and his work ethic is unmatched. One night he even stayed after hours to make sure my driveway was clean for me! Thank you Jacob!

Jacob and his crew did an excellent job clearing out a lot weeds and plowing down an unkept yard. He then designed new landscaping and planted new grass and flowers, plus window boxes! Everything looks great!

Jacob and his crew came in on the first day and removed every piece of old sod and weeds I had in my yard with his machine. He left the site clean and came back the next day and put down really high quality sod.
