They wouldn't respond to any of my emails or letters...avoided me like the plague. Numerus emails and 2 certified letters were ignored. Promised quality parts, crap parts put on for the price of quoted parts...profit margin made. The car rides hard like there are no struts on it. They don't want to be bothered because they have their money.

See BBB complaint - 90238804 Came in and reported that the compressor was not working. (this problem was listed on the original repair order to them) They repaired a leak (not the compressor). It did NOT fix the problem. Came back and said why did they not fix the compressor. They said, they thought it was just a leak. Then said the fan was bad. They repaired fan. Did NOT fix the problem. Went to the dealership. Dealership replaced the compressor. This FIXED the problem. 2 trips at over 1500$ total and they did not fix what I asked them to fix. I had to go to the dealership and pay another 700-800$ to fix what I asked Autotronics to fix. I would have saved money and time if I would have skipped Autotronics and gone to the dealer to begin with.

We have been using Autotronics for over 20 years. They have always kept our cars running well. They are honest, fair, thorough, and friendly. Presently we own a 2000 Ford Focus and a 2001 Ford F150. Whether it is standard maintenance or fixing something that has gone wrong, we can always count on Autotronics!

I had taken my truck to several shops in the area for 2 months, and no one could diagnose it. They all threw their hands up in the air, and Autotronics diagnosed it, they were spot on, I told them to go ahead and fix it, and they fixed it right the first time.

Made appointment through website, and they're not really setup well for that.  It is better to call them.
Service itself was quick, courteous, and excellent.

The clutch replacement went fine, but we had just had another part of the clutch mechanism replaced about six months earlier for about the same price.  When we took it to other places they had said we needed a new clutch, but these guys said no.  Only to find out six months later that we did need a new clutch.  It seems like they tried to appear to be cheaper, when truly they ended up costing us more later.  They were helpful with an a/c fix in our 2003 Honda Odyssey sometime in the past three years, but I am still not sure I can trust them.

They provide predictable service to the quoted price.  If there is an overrun on cost they advise before doing work.  They are on schedule and complete the work as stated.  A little pricy though.

They were more reasonable than other est. I have not been sorry that I. used them.

They were very honest and knowledgable. We were told that we needed a new engine that cost over $3000. We recommend them, they are great.

They are great. I took my vehicle to two other auto repair ships and both of them between a week and two weeks both of them throw their hand and said they couldn't fix the car. This was the third place I went to after the first two basically threw in a towel on it and these people have the diagnostic equipment and knowledge to actually deal with the problem and had the diagnosis done within two hours. I would recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience with Autotronics. They saved me a lot of money by correctly diagnosing the problem of my car. I thought I had a major engine problem, but it turns out my car needed oil. I had them to some other little things as well. Pricing was extremely fair and the service was excellent. Nice and honest staff.

see above.I recommend them and will bring my toyota tacoma trd in for its timing belt change in 10k more miles.they were fair on prices. they only fixed what I wanted but also what needed to be done so I'd be safe.far cry from the local tire store who provides tires to Indy cars.we'll be back.thanks

The service went very well.  The job was done in a timely manner. The men I was in contact with were terrific gentlemen and respectful.  There was a decent place to sit and wait for the the job to be done.  The price quoted for the job, as I called before taking the car in, was the price I paid when it was done.  Vehicle is a 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe

I was given a 9:00 am appointment. I arrived on time and my car was taken immediately for the tire replacement.  I waited in the lobby area and within 45 minutes my car was ready.  Car is running smoothly, no more vibration problems when I get up to highway speeds.

We like Autotronics, and have used them several times in the last 18 years. I can call them and they say bring it on in. I can trust them, reasonably and fairly priced and don't try to over charge or pad their bills, professional, if they fixed something and if don't feel right to me they take it back in at no charge, and they are triple AAA place. The girl that works in the front office even knows about cars.
