They drove me home and picked me up and brought me back to the store to get my Hummer and began to show me how to work the radio. When we turned on the AC it was not working. They took the time to figure out what it was, (a corroded connector) drove all over to get the replacement, worked until after closing hours and then came to pick me up. They treated me like royalty truly amazing customer service that went far and beyond. So impressed with my radio, tinted windows and the top notch quality service I received. The best yet they didn't charge me for labor just parts to fix the AC. I am so grateful to Audio Excellence.

Very few businesses these days value customer service. Nasa Baker, founder and owner of this family-owned business, personally took care of my wife and me.
He made us feel welcome in his establishment, as if we were his only customers. He even sat down with us and told us the dramatic story of how Audio Excellence got its start.
Nasa and his family are very passionate about what they do, and it shows in every facet of the operation.
Every associate with whom we interacted also exhibited great pride in assisting us.
When we returned for the vehicle, Nasa himself tested the antannae for us. He really enjoy his work and his customers.

"I would like to take the opportunity to respond . We do a considerable amount of work for Crutchfield's customers at their request and have done so for many years. Crutchfield trusts us to do this for them because they believe our pricing is fair and our attention to detail is what they have come to expect from a service provider. You are absolutely correct in stating that I spent a half hour on the phone with Crutchfield on your arrival. They had given you a purchase order for the installation of a radio and not provided same for the installation of a backup camera. I tried to get them to allow funds for the camera install and they were unwilling. I even asked them for partial payment to offset the cost of that install and they denied that as well. They informed me that it was the customer's responsibility to pay for that job. As a business we need to receive fair payment for the quality work which we provide. Our normal price for a customer provided backup camera install, including supplies, labor and tax, is $190.46. In an effort to help out we charged $165.00 total. You are correct that it took 3 hours to do your install. Standard install time for one man for that specific job is 4 hours. In order to get this done more quickly we assigned two men to that task thereby saving one hour. You are also correct that you would have seen your car drive by the window prior to being told it was ready. We always drive a car around the lot after install to check that all functions are operating as expected. It then goes back into the shop for cleaning, vacuuming and a final test before it is pronounced ready. We always do our best to give all of our customers our undivided attention whether answering their questions, helping them with problems or discussing their options whether on the phone or in person.
