After being burned by other shops in the past, I'm very selective on who touches my cars. I'm very happy to say that they are best. The name of the company is very appropriate as Nasa and his crew offer nothing short of excellence with customer service, excellent product offerings, and very clean installations. All this with very fair pricing makes them unbeatable. This location has worked on no less than (5) vehicles in my family. There work has been so spotless - I don't have a second thought on who I go to for additional work. I happily recommend them to anyone. If my word doesn't mean anything to you - then simply look at what's in the shop and in their parking lot. You'll see local police cars being serviced as well as high end, very valuable vehicles.

Installation of Kenwood head unit w navigation. Unit purchased from Crutchfield but installation from audio Excellence in Oviedo, FL. Recommended by local Police Officer, (friend and family). Professional installation, took a couple of days because of time and complexity of install. Couldn't be more pleased. Fair price and professional staff. wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to this business. Owner is Nasa. Your treated very well and instruction on operation of unit given when work completed... Mike

Nasa and his crew installed a Pioneer touch screen bluetooth usb cd/dvd and sirius ready radio. and tinted my front windows
They drove me home and picked me up and brought me back to the store to get my Hummer and began to show me how to work the radio. When we turned on the AC it was not working. They took the time to figure out what it was, (a corroded connector) drove all over to get the replacement, worked until after closing hours and then came to pick me up. They treated me like royalty truly amazing customer service that went far and beyond. So impressed with my radio, tinted windows and the top notch quality service I received. The best yet they didn't charge me for labor just parts to fix the AC. I am so grateful to Audio Excellence.

I thought we were coming to Audio Excellence only to have the car antennae repaired.
Very few businesses these days value customer service. Nasa Baker, founder and owner of this family-owned business, personally took care of my wife and me.
He made us feel welcome in his establishment, as if we were his only customers. He even sat down with us and told us the dramatic story of how Audio Excellence got its start.
Nasa and his family are very passionate about what they do, and it shows in every facet of the operation.
Every associate with whom we interacted also exhibited great pride in assisting us.
When we returned for the vehicle, Nasa himself tested the antannae for us. He really enjoy his work and his customers.
My wife has come here before, but this was my first visit. Now I know why she's a repeat customer.
Every time we stop in to say hello, he takes a few minutes to greet us, even when he's busy.
We highly recommend Audio Excellence for their work and the superior customer experience.

"I would like to take the opportunity to respond . We do a considerable amount of work for Crutchfield's customers at their request and have done so for many years. Crutchfield trusts us to do this for them because they believe our pricing is fair and our attention to detail is what they have come to expect from a service provider. You are absolutely correct in stating that I spent a half hour on the phone with Crutchfield on your arrival. They had given you a purchase order for the installation of a radio and not provided same for the installation of a backup camera. I tried to get them to allow funds for the camera install and they were unwilling. I even asked them for partial payment to offset the cost of that install and they denied that as well. They informed me that it was the customer's responsibility to pay for that job. As a business we need to receive fair payment for the quality work which we provide. Our normal price for a customer provided backup camera install, including supplies, labor and tax, is $190.46. In an effort to help out we charged $165.00 total. You are correct that it took 3 hours to do your install. Standard install time for one man for that specific job is 4 hours. In order to get this done more quickly we assigned two men to that task thereby saving one hour. You are also correct that you would have seen your car drive by the window prior to being told it was ready. We always drive a car around the lot after install to check that all functions are operating as expected. It then goes back into the shop for cleaning, vacuuming and a final test before it is pronounced ready. We always do our best to give all of our customers our undivided attention whether answering their questions, helping them with problems or discussing their options whether on the phone or in person. Installed light bars in the upper part of my back window that show breaking and turn signal, and changed bulbs to LDL bulbs, and replaced my headlight assembly with a new one. All of these parts I bought on the internet and they installed them. Their hourly charge was reasonable and the work perfect. If you want lighting in the car or audio they are the best in town. Also, they do a lot of the law enforcement car emergency lights. I used the 436 just south of Colonial dr. location and they do have other locations.

I went to a different car audio installer before visiting Audio Excellence because the other guys were less expensive. I should have remembered - you get what you pay for... The other company was prepared to replace my entire speaker system (mains and subs) because of a rattle in one of my doors. They said my sub was blown and that was causing the rattle. I took the car to Audio Excellence for a second opinion and was told I probably had a penny in my door panel. For a variety of reasons, not the least of which being the difference in cleanliness and professionalism, I decided to do business with Audio Excellence. Their installation was fast, professional and they found a penny in my door panel. (It is now my luck penny.) Great people, honest, fair and thorough. I highly recommend.
