It was perfect! What a wonderful staff. My husband and I took a 21 day cruise. We were so nervous about leaving our pups for so long. I was recommend to try As the Tail Wags by a friend. What a Godsend!! I met Kristain and the staff and knew right away that Gill and Gin were in good hands. They surpassed anything I was hoping for. We picked up of doggies to find them happy, clean and loved.

It was horrible!!!! The owner said that she could remove the stickers from my pets hair and I waited while she was doing it. While my dog was in a harness she held my dog up by his facial hair and continued to yank while he yelped in pain. I literally put my hands on her arm to try to make her stop and she still continued, even after begging her over and over to stop! I left shaking! I will never go to her again. BEWARE!!!
I also have a friend that took her dog there and eventually has to stop because her do would poop and cry as soon as he walked in the door.

The owner and her staff do a consistently great job! I have not found another groomer that does better work.

I found them online. The owner and all the groomers are very attentive to your needs. They are willing to listen to what you want with your pet. They are very nice to the animals. They're very on time, as far as drop off and pickup time. I will continue to use them in the future.
