Wonderful.

To fix my ice maker, it has been a several month process. He told me several months ago that I needed over $300.00 in parts. I asked him if I should just replace it. He said no because it was just a part. Well, now it is again not working. ( He’s been out twice since this first started.) He just told me I’ll have to replace it. I told him he should have gone along with my previous suggestion that we just replace it. He actually said that he operated “ like a doctor” and doesn’t have time for long discussions with people. Except that - You are not a doctor and it is your business to explain things and review options with people!!

Arrived on time, great communication prior to and during repair. Mentioned problem with stove hood, they examined and put in a missing screw without any charge. Area cleaned afterwards. During our discussion, found out the company supports charities to help the disabled. I found my appliance repair company!!

I called Southeast Steel appliance sales room because I have bought many appliances from them. I asked for their recommendation for an honest and capable stove repair person They gave me this company. I called and two days later they were able to come. I had an adjustment to be made and I did not think it required an expensive part and I was right. Mike adjusted the Frigidaire stove controls and it works. In our conversation he too mentioned that the large repair companies would have just replaced the part at $100 or more instead of correcting the minor problem. In other words, he is honest and capable. That was what I was looking for.

When my dishwasher stopped working I called Bosch, who referred me to Appliance Technicians. They came on time and repaired the dishwasher, but shortly afterwards the heater did not work. I called A.T. and Mike came promptly and fixed the problem.

Appointment was a window of 11:am to 1:00pm. Mike arrived at 10:55am. Instead of giving us three appointments with a 1) washer tech, 2) dryer tech and 3) ice maker tech, he fixed all three in 40 minutes. He did not give us any B.S. about one of them needing a "secret, expensive circuit board" like others have done in the past. He showed us that the problem with all three was easy to fix. Good guy!

Mike arrived well within the window we were told to expect. He replaced the part and cleaned up after himself. We are very satisfied customers!

I was happy wioth the service. Mike was knowledgeable and friendly.

Mike and Sean were my service technicians. Mike was friendly and professional, but did not fix the machine. While it did begin to work prior to his leaving, he did not run multiple cycles to ensure the repair was complete. Subsequently, after he left I began to do a load of laundry and almost immediately received the same error code that I called them out for. I immediately called the company and was asked if it worked prior to him leaving. I answered affirmatively, but asked what they were going to do. I was told that they would be closed the next day, August 8 and it was left there as I was going out of town beginning later that afternoon. There was no empathy for my situation, but the feeling I got was that "...we came out, it was working and now it's your problem again." At no time was any effort made to assist me with this situation or even an apology made. I will not recommend this provider or use them again. Since that time, I found another repair service and the washer has been repaired correctly after the technician spent time troubleshooting a variety of things that could be causing the error. Of course, this was done at an additional cost to me, but it is now repaired

Great.  The owner, Mike, was my service person.  He not only fixed my ice maker, he also gave me great advice on another appliance that has lost its LED display and he ordered a part for it on the spot.  I love this company.

Service man arrived on time. Appointment was between 1 -3 he arrived at 1. Found the problem, no parts required.

I had the back off the dryer, heating element removed. He was professional and had the part, but $ 128 for services for 10-15 minutes? Ouch!

Very well. He fixed it. It was the defrost control.

Mike, the owner came the day after I called. The efficiency and follow thru to set the appointment was great. He arrived a few minutes early and promptly diagnosed the problem. He is very knowledgable about all aspects of appliances and very honest! He will be our go to guy for any future issues.

Arrived quickly and completed repair in a timely fashion. Cost was reasonable.

The man who came out to replace the element was the owner of the company. He was on time and quickly replaced the item. He instructed me that I should use a digital thermometer for an accurate reading and not the "dial" gauge I was using. I appreciated that little nugget of info.
