Great!! I called several agents and Ellen was the only one willing to work with us on short notice as well as willing to show us any property we were interested in - not just her company's listings - which I knew meant she would not get a commission from. In the end we loved one of the houses she had listed so we went with that one - but not before Ellen was good enough to take us to look at several others - with no pressure whatsoever on which to select. This demonstrated to me her high level of professionalism and genuine interest in helping those who come to her. I knew then that when we were ready to buy we would definitely use Ellen again. Fast forward about 10 months later when we knew our lease was expiring and we were ready to buy. Even before I contacted her, Ellen began to send me listings she felt might meet our criteria. We spent several weekends looking at houses and each time Ellen came well prepared and her personal input was very valuable. Ellen was completely patient with us throughout the process, she explained everything thoroughly, she was always punctual and just an overall pleasure to work with.I am typing this from my new home which we closed on this past Monday - We love it! Ellen's assistance and service were outstanding and invaluable - from signing the contract, through the home inspection, working with the other realtor and right up to the closing, etc. I have since recommended Ellen to several others, including one of our neighbors who has used her to sell several houses now with consistently great results.
