What to say about Amber Finch? My family got incredibly lucky when I found Amber. I reached out to Amber not knowing exactly where we wanted to live in Florida as we were moving from a northern state. My family flew down to investigate where to live. Amber spent half a day just driving us around the towns that she believed met our criteria fully explaining what each town had to offer. We fell in love with one of the towns. When we made the move she helped guide us to rent a townhouse so that we could be sure of the area before purchasing. She was so incredibly helpful and honest. Someone else may have pushed us to purchase right away so that they could make an immediate commission. She was more interested in making sure we were happy in our new area. She was always there to answer questions and give advice about the area. About a year later we did find a home to purchase and her patience and caring for us shown through the whole time. After the purchase there were some stumbling blocks we encountered. Amber was still there for us and did everything to help us even tho her part was officially done. I would never trust anyone besides Amber with such an important decision such as a home purchase. She is caring, knowledgeable, honest and always there for you!

Working with Amber was a complete joy! I had previously worked with her in selling my first home and now purchasing a new home with my husband and little boy. We were living in our townhome and, after the birth of our son, we realized we needed to have more space for our growing family. Clearly, Amber was the way to go. After owning our home for over.28 years it was time to down size.this was a big move and change for us. Amber was the only Reator who at our first meeting offered so much advice and help. She came with a booklet of checklist for us and well parpare notes. We were so pleased in the amount of showings and helped us with offers. We always knew she was a phone call away to help us even if it was just to come and help us non tec people work the app. Amber Finch's company made selling a easy process.

Amber was amazing! She was patient and really listened to our needs. Amber did a great job of offering advice yet there was no pressure attached! In the end she negotiated us through a contract with multiple challenges. In a seller's market she was not only able to get us $12500 under asking price, but also almost $15000 in seller concessions.
