A service man named Zach came to determine if a junction box needed to be replaced before a new pool pump was installed. He showed up right on time. He was very respectful and clean cut. He opened and examined the box and determined it did not need to be replaced. He suggested we put silicone around the edges after the pump was installed, but he said the box was fine. He could've charged me to unnecessarily replace the j box, but instead he was honest. I asked him to look at a problem I was having with my under cabinet lights. He quickly determined what it needed and will be calling me back to let me know how much it will cost. I asked him to check a couple of other electrical plugs I was concerned with and again he could have told me they needed to be replaced, but after checking them he said they were fine. I then asked for estimates for an external plug which he quoted me approximately $260. I also asked for an estimate to install new wiring for a dining room chandelier and he quoted me approximately $395. It's such a breath of fresh air to deal with someone who's honest and capable. I will definitely be using them for any electrical work we have done from now on. I was not charged for the time they were here.
