Advance construction&Remodeling

We contracted with Advanced in Nov. 2013 the job did not get completely finished and all problems resolved until 10/24/14. The work did not even start until April and that was only after I contacted one of the owners. They said they did not know what had been going on and would look into it. I can say that after that point things finally started to move. By that time though they were having a hard time keeping up with all their jobs and I feel that since we were so far behind, they worried more about their other customers. We never even had a sign posted in the front yard showing their name. The whole thing was a nightmare. It is a shame because in most cases they did good work. The problem is NO COMMUNICATION at all - -you have to chase them down, constantly. The biggest problems were the length of time and no communication. When you are spending that kind of money you want to know what is going on, etc. All I can say is that it is a shame - they could probably be rated much higher due to their work and pricing but if you have to wait almost a year !!!

They told me it would take 2-3 weeks to turn my lanai into a sunroom. For 8 MONTHS they came,  did little work and left after 1/2 hour at most. The job was never completed, not even close. I finally fired them and told them to stay off my property. I had to hire another company to clean up the mess they left.

Easy to work with-very cooperative.

They were excellent and as a matter of fact people stopped and asked who did it because our house went from an ungodly yellow to a decent brown. They were very good professionally. They were honest, took care and cleaned up things that we don’t always see.

They did high quality work, showed up on time, and they did a great job! They were responsive and professional.

Advance Construcion was referred by our realtor.  Al  was prompt with his quotes.  Very reasonably priced.  Quality workmanship throughout.
