I HAD A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY CAME RIGHT OVER. I DIDN'T HAVE A LONG WAIT PERIOD OR ANYTHING. THAT IS NOT USUAL. THEY CAME, AND THEY FIXED IT.

The technician always seems to do a thorough check up of the air and heating unit. My one complaint is that I usually have to call and remind them to come. They are supposed to check the unit two times per year.
