 + -1 moreVance provided excellent customer service. He quickly obtained a pre-approval letter for me, so that I could begin shopping for my new home. When the title company failed to respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, Vance was all over it. He called them several times to keep the ball rolling and enabled me to get my home financed and ready to move in as quickly as possible. I'd highly recommend 1ST RESIDENTIAL FUNDING, INC., and especially Vance!
