6 years ago I hired the owner who did a good job. Now it is an ever changing group that shows up weely and damages my property. They would break sprinklers and no report or change them so i only would notice after a lot of the dirt washed away and there was pit in my yard. Aparenty, the guy who uses the edger is can not be controlled. Each only for the beds around shrubs gets bigger each week because the edger guy nicks off 1/2 inch of grass each week to make clean line. My stucco mailbox needed the corners repaired each month from trimer damage. The final straw was when they killed 60 feet of grass behind a fence because it was a pain to mow. My yard washes down hill and now I have large areas with no grass that will washing out anything I try to plant or mulch. I will be dealing with damage from these guys for years.

Prepped yard one day, set new sod the next. Stephen took the time to walk through everything with me and make sure everything was satisfactory after finishing. Good communication throughout the work and very upfront with cost. They only charged for the prep work associated with the amount of sod that was laid. We ordered 3 pallets and only used a little over 2. They took excess back to nursery for credit, I was very happy with the work performed.

They were running late on the day they were scheduled to do the work, but they made sure to call ahead and let us know, which I appreciated. Once they got to work, they worked very quickly and efficiently. Everything looks great! I'm very happy with the overall experience.

THE OWNER IS PLEASANT, FRIENDLY AND DEPENDABLE. IF I HAVE A SLIGHT PROBLEM HE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT IMMEDIATELY.
