I was very impressed with the quick response to my request for an estimate.
Once agreement was made, Brian arrived promptly on appointed day with crew.
All debris was removed.  Brian and his crew were polite and respectful.
I would readily engage this crew again.

Overall, it went very well.  After an initial estimate of $300, Brian called to let me know he would reduce the price today because he had another job in the area.  I agreed.  He arrived on time for the estimate and his crew was about 30 minutes late for the job.  From arrival to departure he and his crew took about 45 minutes.  This was a fairly simple tree removal, as no tree climbing, branch removal was necessary to drop the trees.  I did not have them remove or grind the stumps because they would be removed during excavation for future work

I had tried many other services, and after being stood up by twice by one company and not receiving calls back from a dozen others, I found Brian's ad in a local flyer. I called Brian and he was willing to come right out. I was planning to lay sod where the stump was, and only had a day to get it removed. I spoke with Brian in the evening and he came out the following morning. Brian got a flat tire on the way and called to let me know he was going to be late. He called once the problem was resolved to let me know he was on the way. While the price was a bit more than I was hoping for, the attention to service was worth it. Not only was he able to accommodate my schedule, but he maintained communication, which is more important for me personally. While here, Brian gave me a quote on the removal of some other trees and there's good chance I'll have him back out for more work.
