The owners name is Brian Alexander. He and Robert, the guy that works with him, their great. They are prompt, responsive, and they can remember all of your questions. I don't have to repeat anything. When you call them, they call back promptly. They'll get you scheduled in right away for an emergency. They do great thorough work. I do not price compare, and I have been using them for about 10 years now. I'll use them again, and I recommend them to any and everybody. They are very polite and courteous.

He was on time and did the job.  He also help me put in a window screen just to help me out as I was getting the place ready to rent.  When things are done good you do not remember as much as when they go bad, as everything went well in this case.

I have used his services for about seven years. His costs are very reasonable. Scheduling an appointment is very easy. If there are ever any appointments that open sooner, he will call us. Brian is the owner and operator of this franchise. His service and work has always been very good.

Brian always shows up on time and in a good mood. He always works h****** getting our rugs clean. I am sure we have been a challenge for him, as I am a gardener (complete with mucky shoes) plus we have a new puppy. Before the new pup, we had two aged dogs. We have used Brian for years. He is always respectful. I have recommended him to numerous friends.

The best customer experience this single-mom has ever had! My mother recommended Brian as he did a great job cleaning her carpets. I was just setting up our living room, the last room downstairs to still have carpet, as my new area for peace and quite when working or relaxing. It's been years since we've used the room and I bought a new couch and had the carpet cleaned. I was certain that I would still have the pet stains on the carpet because the berber we have has never been able to release those stains. Brian did a GREAT job! I don't know what they use, but those pet stains were HISTORY! But wait! That's not all...! In the oddest of ironies- the couch was delivered the day after I had the carpet cleaned, i couldn't wait to enjoy my new room. The couch was delivered, and i made the mad dash to pick up my son from school...and didn't shut the divider on the room - when I returned with my son, all triumphant that I had done a marvelous job getting the room cleaned out and ready for ME - I couldn't wait to show off the new couch - we walked in and found the most shocking amount of dog excrement - yes, BOTH kinds, right on top of each other all over the room. I was so shocked I was in full out flip your lid mode when I called Brian who could barely understand me through my tears...but once he understood, he moved mountains to get here and re-clean my carpet, at night, taking time away from his family to help me.
THIS IS NOT THE END OF THE STORY. Fast forward 5 or so months and my dog has a seizure in my car, which caused her to release her bowels all over the back seat of my car while thrashing around - seriously, i couldn't make this up - and i again, lost my mind and called Brian, who again moved mountains to get to me at night and cleaned up everything without batting an eye. What an amazing sense of customer service. But it goes beyond that - he just truly cares. For that reason and the amazing JOB his effort and equipment does - He gets all A's from me....and my mom too!! Thank you Brian!!!!

I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM BACK. THEY GOT STAINS OUT OF THE CARPET AND MADE IT LOOK LIKE A NEW CARPET AGAIN. THE CLEANING THEY DID ON MY SOFA MADE MY SOFA LOOK NEW.
