A-PLUS QUALITY STUCCO

When Mark came out to give me an estimate he ripped a large hole in the wall exposing the interior of the wall. He did the job and I wrote him a check. The next day the new stucco started to crack. As it dried it cracked more. I called Mark and he said that he must have made the mixture wrong and he would come out to fix it. We set a date since he told me that he was working on another job across town and did not want to waste the gas money to come back over here. He did not show up or call. When I finally got in touch with him he said that he stayed out too late the night before and slept in. After four or five missed appointments over the period of about 2 months I threatened to contact an attorney and requested a refund. He told me that I was not going to get my money back. He came out and put some caulking in the cracks. I called his business manager to complain about his work and he called me back and threateningly told me to stop calling his wife. I ended contact.
