What makes Kraken Pool Service different from the many pool cleaners is that we are a FULL service, all-inclusive, certified and insured service company dedicated to providing the full spectrum of pool services to our customers. Our technicians go thru background checks, are uniformed and insured thru workman?s comp and all repairs are done by a CPC license technician (Florida State requirement). Our trucks are labeled and GPS tracked for assurance of our service and safety. You always have a Lead Technician and a Supervisor that is also knowledgeable on your pool to cover during vacation or sick time. Weekly full service starts at $125.00

Leslie runs a great company. We had the our pool resurfaced and she a large selection of beautiful glass tiles to choose from. Her staff was very experienced and did a great job throughout every step in the process. I would recommend them to anyone looking to update their inground pool.

The owner Leslie, was on top of the project from start to finish her presentation to us about the choices on tile color and her experience gave us a really comfortable feeling when she was working with us. She was on the project Daley contacted me with everything where we were or what we were doing when was gonna be done and it was on on on target every time. The people she has working for her were excellent they got on the site and they work diligently friendly were able to complete the project in record time. I canà ¢à  à  t say enough how happy and satisfied my wife and I are with this project and I would be willing to give any type of endorsement to anyone who would be looking for some approval to hire her company.

Shopper please be aware of this company. Workers will disrespect your home(black and milds on ground water bottle full of trash thrown in spouting cut bottom of my palm tree) patch and repair resurface job did not even last three months. Tile job looks as if a child has done the work. Says female ran not true. (Perhaps the business license yes) ran by Leslie very rude female hating husband. He will try and walk all over you . Shopper please save yourself attorney fees and hire another company . If I could post pics you would understand clearly . If I can avoid one person for falling for this scam of a company all my wasted money will be worth it.

"We appreciate all kind of feedback, but unfortunately this one is presented very unfairly. You bought a house "as is" at an auction, we were very clear that we thought a leak or movement under the pool deck maybe the cause of the surface delamination. Without knowing the root cause and even with the the surface NOT being under warranty, we still re-did the damage area at NO COST to you or the bank. Also, we are un-certain that the surface was properly care for during the first few month, a critical time for the surface to last. Without knowing the root cause we cannot do any further. I welcome anyone to call us with any further question. Stay safe, Leslie Casanova."
