We have had a few bad experiences with previous contractors so it was refreshing to have someone that really cared about doing a good job and had terrific follow through. It was a great experience from the first call till completion of the project. We will definitely be calling Carlos for any future electrical needs.
Description of Work: Relocate smoke detectors, wire and install outdoor patio lighting and change out ceiling light. He also changed all detector batteries.

Description of Work: I had to have the riser and meter box replaced after a tree came down during Hurricane Irma and pulled the riser through the roof. They put in a new riser and anchored it to the wall which it was not before, boot at the roof, and new meter box. Everything about the job was great from scheduling to completion.

The fan unit is back in place, working flawlessly - quiet and smooth running at low and high speeds, ready for the Florida summertime.
Description of Work: Oversize ceiling fan motor replacement and maintenance Carlos Gutierrez, owner/operator of Gutielectric Services, and his Father arrived at my property promptly at 8:30 and began work on dismantling the large, dual-head Palisade fan in my livingroom. They set up their own ladders, removed the blades (which we cleaned) and took the main shaft and the motors outside, where they changed out the motors for new ones and fixed the loose flywheels (which were probably the cause of the problem in the first place). They then reversed the process and remounted the unit (11 ft in the air) and re-attached the fan blades. The job was quite involved and required about 2.5 hrs in total.
