Brad is a gentleman and a true professional. Work is always done to perfection. They even polish the copper pipes. Brad responds promptly to service requests - even on weekends. He follows up on client satisfaction with a phone call.

I have dealt with Brad before, and he does a conscience job. He calls when he is on his way, and arrives on time. He explains everything that has to be done, shows me the corroded parts that need to be replaced, what went wrong, and what to watch for in the future. I was completely dissatisfied with the initial installation done by another company and Brad has pointed out mistakes they have made installing my unit. (It passed Deltona city inspection.) He also has the attitude that he believes in using solar energy and he wants to make sure I am satisfied with the job he has done, and the solar hot water heater I have.
