I saw Tim's booth at a local hone show. I had him come give me a quote. Tim is a high pressure sales person that seems more interested in the sale than the customer. We agreed on a price, which was contingent upon me purchasing the house. Tim was to hold pending purchase. He deposited my check the next day. This is not what we agreed upon. I called to find out why he deposited my check. He said that was standard. I told him I wanted to cancel and Tim agreed that he would send me my check back the next day. After a week went past I still had not received my check. I left Tim a message, he called me back and was very rude and belligerent. He was yelling at me. His behavior was reprehensible. He said he would not return my money. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you see his booth at a home show. Keep on walking.

I met with Andrew at the Tampa Bay Home Show.  I actually had him and another contractor using elastomeric paint come give estimates on painting our home.  We decided to go with the acrylic paint for several reasons.  One, of those reasons was the detail in which Andrew said his company completed the job with.  To begin, we have owned a new construction home for 4 years. The sun has beaten on the builder's grade paint and you could see discoloration in areas that get full sun versus other areas that do not.  In addition, I could only cosmetically repair small spider cracks from settling so much and clearly my caulking job was anything but spectacular.

The process explained by Andrew was basically a 10 step process.  I won't list all 10 but encourage you to meet with them if you are interested in quality work for them to explain it themselves.They trenched (not as bad as it sounds) around the walls to seal, protect and inspect the foundation for any issues invisible to the eyes.  They also protected our trees and plants when they sealed and painted.  The job looks awesome.  While painting 1 of the 6 days it took to complete the job (that is what I was also told it would take), I came home from work early.  It was the first day I saw the home in the light and I was not happy with the color. The actual contractor's name at the home was Louis and his helper was Chris (both excellent) immediately got Andrew on the phone.  Although the color was exactly as we painstakingly selected, Andrew was willing to work with me calmly and negotiate a fair settlement if I decided to change the color mid work.  I chose to let my wife determine the course of action and she "loved" the color.  The next day the work continued and the result is a wonderful looking 25 year protected and warrantied home. 

Louis, Chris, and Andrew remained professional throughout the process.  It was an actual pleasure to do business with this company.  The only drawback was I had to write a check vs using a credit card.  I received a text from my neighbor when he returned from a trip and saw the house and he asked for the contact information as well because the home looked so nice.

we first heard of them at the Home Show. Tim, the owner was more than interested in coming over to give price estimate for our home. It was higher than a conventional paint job, justified by the cleaning,priming and ultimate paint warranty they offered.. Once we accepted their offer, they were right on schedule to accomplish the job. Shortly after completion, we noticed quite a few 'reddish' spots on our new grey paint. Apparently imparted from the equipment used to apply the paint.This is where U S Exteriors failed. They never responded to our requests to correct the obvious mechanical defect they imparted to our $4000 paint job. Here we are in September of 2014, and Tim Kruger, the owner, is still failing to even come back and look at the stains in his paint job. He is great at 'lipservice', oh yes, we'll be over, your on our list, we will get to you, just be patient....for over a year now, this company FAILS TO HONOR their commitment, their warranty, their responsibility to their customers. We will never recommend them again and we will stop at their booth in every home show we attend to pass on to potential customers exactly how this company operates.

The painters were absolutely first class, arriving on time, worked steadily and were totally professional. I couldn't recommend them more highly. A truly great service.

They were overall good. I have had better service, but the product is very good. They were professional workers. It took two days. They tape and caulk all your windows. Put down the primer and paint the next day. They were good. It was a more expensive since the paint was 25 year paint, but it is worth it.

They did a really good job overall in covering everything.
