We are a locally owned, family operated, pest control company. Our service area covers Volusia and Flagler Counties We provide Monthly, Quarterly and Once-Per-Year (annual) Pest Control Services. We specialize in Termite control and treatments. Our Once-Per-Year program is guaranteed in writing. Should you have a problem with bugs after we treat your home, place of business, or vessel, we'll come back and retreat at no additional charge. We are proud of our customer oriented philosophy. Your questions and/or concerns are always handled with a high degree of integrity, honesty and openness. Universal Pest Control is a family owned and run company that has been in business in Volusia and Flagler counties of Florida for over 35 years. Our residental and commercial pest control services are tailored to fit the needs of our customers in their specific home and work environments. We have used Universal Pest Control for 12 years since we found termites soon after we moved into our home. We have always had excellent service. We pay once for yearly pest control, and if we find any bugs Universal comes out within a day to take care of it. We also have a termite bond with them and have never seen another termite since the beginning.

I have pest tubes in my house. They come every 90 days and they pressure put whatever they use for exterminating into these tubes so it goes into all the walls. Then they do the outside of the house as well. So they don't ever have to come inside and we don't have to worry about kids and pets. It goes into the attic as well. I hardly ever find a bug. Usually it has come in under the door or something and if I call them they come right back. They are wonderful. They call before. In addition to doing the pest tubes they spray all around the foundation, around the porch and the windows. They do all around the pool area which is where a lot of people would find the big bugs around the water. I never had any around the pool. Once when I had spiders because of rain I called them and they were here the next day and there was no charge. So, I love them.

We have a contract with them and we pay about $220 a year. They are extremely careful about animals and children. We don't have any young children in the house but they are very careful. If they are going to spray for fleas, they recommend that we take the animals and children out of the house for a certain amount of time. When they sprayed for the stinging insects in the yard they didn't charge us any extra. They are very clean. If they have to do any kind of work that involves getting up into the ceiling or whatever, they cleanup after themselves. They are really a very good company. We would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.
