Considering the significance of the work, in terms of importance to the home and cost, the attention to detail was missing. Vendor often came without all the tools and equipment needed to install. Due to vendor and manufacturer errors, one blind had to be redone three times. Holes in the walls were drilled by estimating rather than precision and i was put in a position of accepting some imperfections of fit and installation to get the job done -- something which should not be expected with the cost involved. Overall, it did not appear the vendor was that experienced with the product. That being said, the vendor was punctual, called us in advance to schedule and promptly responded to our calls resulting in a C rating vs. a D.
