Description of Work: I have had Total Comfort take care of our large air conditioner for many years. It cost me about $150 a year and they come twice a year to service this appliance. They have kept our 12 year old AC running beautifully and I shall most likely use them when it comes time to replace.The servicemen spend at least 45 minutes to an hour working on the AC when they come and do everything it needs. They issue a full written report when they are done. On the few occasions when there have been some problems, they have been quick to fix them and have always come promptly.While the labor charges are a bit higher than some other outfits, they are still fair and the work is very professional. I have also used Total Comfort's Gas division to replace a built in BBQ in our summer kitchen.They did a good job but the BBQ that we ordered through them was defective.However, they quickly got us another and re-installed it. No charge and no problems since.

Description of Work: This service was done for complete replumb~!~ Josh, John and James are exceptional in all regards, i.e., personality, caring and sincere, professional and timely!! They have done work for us in all categories listed above and in all cases ... have been incredibly compliant with everything that needed to be done in a professional manner and without "gouging" the customer!!! We even checked with our Master Plumber brother-in-law before the replumb (he lives out of state) to see if he would ballpark a figure based on the recommendations and findings and they were exactly within the range and on the lower side and actually did some "free" work for us ... yes, free!!! Cannot do better than asking for one or all of the above!!! Shannon
