Well at first, but only because I was an uneducated and naive customer. As I employed other people to do other work, they told me over and over again about how things were done poorly. When I called to get a few things that I realized needed fixing/finishing, they were slow to respond or didn't respond at all or said they couldn't do it.

Chelsea and David Patrick designed my patio so good that it looked like it was always there.They did a great job and paid attention to all the details just like we wanted.

They did pretty good service. They were pretty hand's on and fairly personable. They were pretty knowledgeable, friendly and provided good customer service.

In the past they put a new roof on my house. This company also does lots of other things ranging from window work to hardwood flooring; they are a full construction company. They did not charge me for their inspection service. I have a good relationship with this company and they have done a good job for me; I highly recommend them. They are very timely, well-priced and provide excellent customer service. They have a great crew; my neighbors even commented on how good their crew was. The same crew comes out each time. The owner and the owner's daughter pretty much run the company and they come out too.

The windows were installed in a very professional and timely manner. I watched them as the windows were installed and was very impressed with their workmanship and work ethic.
The same for the carpentry work work was excellent and done in a very timely manner.
I would not hesitate to use the again.

He was really great. They were not the cheapest roofer I found. However they did exactly what I asked them to do. I told them I wasn’t going to be in the house forever and I wanted a couple of quotes based on different levels of service. It was based on different materials. They were the only roofer who gave me a quote that actually did that. They were really great. They also do remodels and if I ever need that, I will call them. I would absolutely use them again.
