Ted & Bob's Aluminum Inc.

December of 2017 we shopped for a company to glass in our porch. Bob and Ted’s was recommended so we stopped in. Bob said next week he would stop and look over the job, this went on for almost 2 months after repeated calls. He finally told me not to ask again until end of February. Finally we got a quote 4/5/18. Job was started July 30 and completed late September! Workmanship was excellent. Fast forward to 2023, I was sold a premier door with absolute inferior hinges. The hinges failed miserably. The first words out of Bob’s mouth were “I cannot get those hinges” after he saw a picture of quality hinges. I could go on and on. The bottom line is he will not help you or give suggestions other than “I can get you a handy man”. Bob and Ted’s has no warranty, nor will they offer to repair. Do not buy from them, there are other aluminum business in the area two of which did help me.

They were excellent. They did everything they said they would do and were on time.

They are a top-notch company. I highly recommend them. Great quality.

They have to come out twice because they have to go back to the manufacturer for some parts but they did a good job.

pleasant. People showed up when they said they would. They were
attentive to details and, when they left, there was no mess to clean

He was a good guy. He did the job and he did the job efficiently and effectively and it works. The price was reasonable. I would recommend them and I think he did a competent job. He arrived on time finished the job on time and left on time. He left a neat work area. He was good. The people who live in the house are not easy on price but he was happy with it so I am assuming the price was pretty good. I have no way of judging the quality on something like that. Responsiveness was very good and his punctuality was good. He said he would arrive at 10 o'clock and he was there at 10 o'clock. I did not meet him or see him do the work but the work was done very professionally.

The company, which is small and family owned, proved to be most courteous and cooperative. Mark, one of the owners, presented me with the estimate as soon as the tree was removed. It was very reasonable and I had no hesitation in signing them on for the extra work.
The workers arrived promptly on the appointed day and labored for about five hours under intense heat.
I would unhesitatingly recommend the firm to anybody who is looking to have gutterings or patio repaired or replaced
