Strike Force Gutters

I was very happy with Strike Force Gutters. Tim answered my call without me having to leave a message. Who does that? He arranged a time to come for an estimate the next day, a pleasant surprise. Then the next day he arrived on time! He seemed straightforward and professional, he listened carefully, offered his recommendations about what I needed, answered all my questions and seemed to have high standards for himself and his crew. I got the feeling he gave me the same attention for my small job, just over his minimum, that he would have given to someone with a job 10 times that amount. Within a week the Strike Force crew was at my house at the appointed time. They completed their job in about 90 minutes as the contract specified and to my complete satisfaction. I would hire Strike Force again for gutters or for any type of work they do. Thank you Tim and Strike Force Gutters crew and employees!

He was prompt, courteous, and professional. The price was good and there haven't been in problems.

Did not start out well. Was supposed to come out and do estimate. Never showed up and did not call until 3 months later to ask if I still needed gutters. Due to all my hurricane damage, I had not installed gutters yet and decided to give him another chance. Scheduled install for a certain date, let him know that i would be at work and would have to take dog to kennel because could not leave dog in house when I was at work. Called him that morning to make sure he was coming. Did not return my call until I was already on my way to drop off dog and go to work, and told me they decided to switch me to tomorrow. Had to turn around and take dog home and was 1 1/2 hours late to work. Not too happy that he did not contact me to let me know he switched the days. Did show up the next day, but when I got home the job was not completed, down spout hanging off of house and not connected, there was damage to my new drip edge, and the check I left was gone. No note or communication from him. Contacted him to ask what was going on and let him know how upset I was. He did apologize, and sent a crew out to fix and finish on Saturday to accommodate me. The crew that came Saturday did an excellent job and really nice guys. So, in the end he did the right thing and made it right.

From start to finish this was a most professional experience. Mike was on-time, on budget and his crew was most professional. The work is excellent and I would absolutely recommend Strike Force Gutters

They were good at the repair work and cleaned the worksite . The company had all the required insurance. The two workers were very professional and friendly.

Overall I was pleased and would use their services again.

Worker showed up at 8:30 and was done in 4 hours.  No hassles.

Got the estimate on the spot and the worker came the next day.  I had a little left of the soffet left  I could not find the correct material n Home Deport or Lowes.  I call Strike Force and they brought me what i needed the next day and at a price lower than Home Depot.  Awesome service.

My roofers actually recommended this company.  He did an excellent job of matching the flashing color on the roof.  They got the right directions, so the water wouldn't go to the patio; it would go to the side.  They were very professional.  They came right on time.  He did exactly what he said he would do in the estimate.  They cleaned up everything.  I didn't have any problems with them.
