Very good service we were recommend this company and we went with them and glad we did. We were purchasing a house but we were not in the local area, we hadn't even been to the property so we were dependent on their findings They provided initial findings over the phone and then provided a fully documentaries report via email in pdf format with video to illustrate the extent of such findings. I accompanied Mr. Steele during his inspection. As I am a licensed professional engineer working in the building industry I had a keen interest in participating in the inspection. I found Stephan to be very thorough, very knowledgeable and quite willing to share his expertise with me as we went around the home doing the visual and testing inspection. The reports that received were quite accurate, detailed, included copious images, and included a good ground work for any additional fixes I would like to make to the home once I purchase it.

Stephan is a man of his trade. His communication is amazing and his willingness to explain in detail is impressive. He kept up with me through the whole process and offered help were most others wouldn't. If your looking for a quality inspection with honest down to earth vibes then Steele & Associates is were you should be looking.
