The tech was running a little late, but he called me and let me know in advance. He was very professional, looking at the carpet and all the furniture first and giving me a detailed estimate before he started. The job took about 2 1/2 hours as he had indicated it would. The carpet and upholstery are very clean and I am quite satisfed with the job he did. I will use him again and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
