I had a terrible time keeping water on my lawn.  They came out and replaced my sprinkler system a couple of years ago.  They have come back at no cost to change my watering schedule.  And when I needed a replacement head, the price was very reasonable.  I'll never call anyone else.

Installers showed up as scheduled, went to work immediately, kept me informed throughout the project
of what they were doing and why it was done a this way to enhance coverage and conserve water, and lessen run-off.   There was a One Year Warranty on all parts and labor.

I observed this company doing a project on a recently purchased property in our neighborhood. They were impressive in the professionalism displayed, punctuality, and responsiveness to the owners requests and questions.  I approached Mike and Vernon, two of their technicians, and asked them to see me and provide an estimate on doing a complete overhaul on our irrigation system.  They were happy to do so.  After receiving their estimate and comparing to the ones from other local companies, we chose to have them do the work even though they were not the east costly.  
This was a prudent and wise decision.  They scheduled our project, showed up promptly on the start date and completed the job in a very timely and professional manner.  Michael the Team Leader, took us through every phase of the project and made sure we understood how our new irrigation system would  provide total coverage for our lawn, shrubs, and landscaping while minimizing wasted water and eliminate rust stains on the exterior of our home, driveway and sidewalks.
My wife and I have no hesitation at all in recommending this company to our family and friends.  It is wonderful to have a contractor tell you what they are going to do and then doing it.  So many small businesses fail badly in their project exception and finished product, not so with SPC.
We were so impressed with the irrigation system project that we contracted with them to do the spraying, fertilization of our lawn, shrubs, trees and landscaping.
Kudos to Michael, Vernon and Scot for a very impressive job and their courtesy and thoughtfulness to us as homeowners.  An area that most businesses fail at.

They were on time . Professional no pressure to buy other services. They understood how everything was new to us.

The Technician explained everything he did. It was not as much work as other companies said they would do, but as long as I keep up with yearly inspections, I am guaranteed NOT to have termites. If I do, and the little critters start to eat, Service Pest Control will repair the damage. The service is also transferrable if I sell my house. I had other companies that I liked, but each either charged more, guaranteed fewer years, or did not have the repair guarantee.

They do both inside and outside the house and they are very reliable. They last did an update on the termite renewal and that was fine. They call up and make an appointment. They are prompt and professional. If we have any problem at all they come right back and take care of it. They are very effective. When it comes to the outside of the house, they do a termite inspection and then they spray the outside for other things. If we have any problem whatsoever, they come back immediately and take care of it. I think it is probably pricey. I have not made a comparison but the price is worth the job. They come prompt and work efficiently. We will continue to use them in the future. It is around $225 for the whole year for the inside of the house and the termite renewal was $475.

Everything has been ok with this company. I like that it's always to same guys that come out to your house. They are always in communication with me when they are coming. I would recommend this company to anyone.
