I bought a Groupon to try this company out for cleaning. The first appointment went well and was fairly easily scheduled. Services were good. Nothing out of the ordinary but good. I contacted the company again to have the remaining Groupon used and am having a very difficult time in regards to communication now. Response time is very slow; can't seem to get a live person on the phone, and I was given dates for service, not the other way around. It's now been over a week since I contacted this company to schedule service and still have not been able to schedule anything. I can't say I would recommend this company.
UPDATE: Still trying to set up service and having to email again and again to try to get someone to respond. It's been weeks since I initially tried to set up some dates for service and still haven't been able to get that accomplished. DO NOT pay this company in advance or do the Groupon - I'm hoping I am not out the money I've already spent with them since I have yet to be able to redeem what I paid for.
UPDATE: Notified Groupon and they were appalled with this company's behavior. Groupon refunded my money - something Ms. Cobb at SereneClean wouldn't do even though it was a SereneClean problem not a Groupon problem. I am thankful to be done with this company and this situation. There are far too many other hard working cleaning companies out there that do a great job for a company like this to be in the marketplace. Use someone else and also know that at least Groupon did the right thing in this situation.

I had purchased this cleaning thorough a Groupon. The owner, Kristen Cobb, was very prompt in communicating with me in scheduling a time for the cleaning. Her cleaners, Chrissy and Cheyenne, showed up on time, and were very professional.
They both worked very hard in cleaning my townhome from top to bottom, and I was very satisfied with the results.
