They were on time. They cleaned up the area when they were done.

I guess my only gripe is that when I hire someone, I expect that person to do the job. I didnâ t realize I would get two other people. They still did good work and were nice.

From start to finish the entire project was a great experience. I started just needing my meter box changed but ended up having my panel upgraded. The installer truly cared about the quality of work he did. I would definitely recommend Mike and his team!!

This company was highly recommended by a close friend. I had an issue that no one could seem to figure out, Rob had it working before he left my consultation. Then the day of installation... The guys could not have been more friendly or professional. I had a slight issue that was quickly remedied with the utmost customer service. I am highly impressed. They will be my go-to for any electrical needs in the future.

I do much of my own electric, this project was out of the scope of what I can do, although I fully understand what they did. They were responsive, knowledgeable, fast, clean and friendly. I did not price shop, but I did my due diligence on reviews towards quality workmanship and ended up getting a great value. I'm proud to now call them "my electrician".

Had a problem with kitchen light, calls them the electrician was very nice, he thought the problem from the wire, but the problem was from the old light, he had only a small light in his van ,which is under counter light, I had no choice because I need a light in the kitchen, so the light was so ugly and holes on ceiling around the light it was a very poor job, they charged me $243.00 to install a very small light in kitchen, I called the second day the manager his name mike and sent him a picture of the ugly light , he was very nice and suggested to replace it with a bigger an nicer light, he said he will charge $80.00 for the light and $85.00 one hour labor, so I a greed because I need light in my kitchen so bad, I had to wait for a whole week for the electrician to come , he came with the light and bad attitude because I complained on the small ugly light to his boss, he was 3 hours late from the appointment, any way he got the new light, then looked at the ceiling and said this light will not work because the a/c vent, to make the long story short I went a day before and bought a light from Home Depot in case, I had a feeling something is going to happen, so I handed him the light I bought and told you can install this instead, he did not like that , he installed it and left without saying a word, then they called me to pay $85.00 labor, so it cost $324.00 total for labor only to replace a light and two trips and 2 weeks of waiting, VERY BAD-EXPERIENCE.

I am so thankful because he cared enough to call me back immediately and walked me through fixing my problem. I was desperate and he saved my Christmas. He was kind and he was polite. He didn't charge me anything. He wanted to make things better for me.

The electrician that came I believe his name was TJ very knowledgeable with 20yrs experience. Fast, neat and nicely finished.

Received 4 quotes, from $250, $450, and $765, and Little Electric quoting time and materials. Ended up paying Little Electric $127.50! Very fair pricing and did excellent job. Couldn't be more pleased. Honest work for honest pay.
